After you click Create, DigitalOcean will provision a new VPS for you. You'll also receive an email with instructions on how to log in:
With these credentials, connect to your server as the root administrative user using SSH:
$ ssh root@<server-ip>
Here, <server-ip> is the IP address of your server (142.93.241.63 in our examples). This will prompt you for your password; enter the one you received in your email. After logging in, the server will ask you to change your root password:
