K-Dijkstra

This algorithm is designed to calculate paths from one source to multiple targets and it is represented by two functions: pgr_kdijkstraPath and pgr_kdijkstraCost.

As of pgRouting 2.2, K-Dijsktra is deprecated and its functionality is provided by the pgr_dijkstra set of functions. Since we have already seen this in action (although in a reverse mode - many sources to one target), there is no sense in repeating this again.
