Taking a backup with Neo4j

The exact steps for backing up and restoring a Neo4j instance depend largely on the edition used. Neo4j Enterprise comes with full-fledged backup and restoration tools. Neo4j Community delivers similar functionality (albeit minus some features) via the dump/load functions that are a part of the Neo4j Admin tool.
