Arenas

To request data from the Arenas table, we will define API endpoints and use view functions to query the Arenas model. Each response will be a package as GeoJSON. This endpoint ('/arena') will return a GeoJSON response, which will vary based on the presence of variables added to the URL. These variables include arena ID and name.
