The number of wall-clock milliseconds to
sleep. Not all platforms support this time resolution. The
number may be rounded up.

The number of milliseconds actually
slept.
Description
This function puts the current thread to sleep for at least the
specified number of milliseconds (thousandths of a second). The
actual sleep time may be longer, especially on those systems
that do not support millisecond process clocks.
