Entities are translatable in Drupal 8--like most of everything else--across the board. To mark an entity type as such, all we need is the following in the plugin annotation:

  *   translatable = TRUE,

This exposes the entity type to all the multilingual goodness. However, as we will see a bit later, the individual fields need to also be declared translatable.
